Choosing to have Laser Vision Correction is a very important decision, we encourage you to carefully evaluate any vision correction surgery from every aspect, including how to pay for it. Most insurance plans do not pay for refractive surgery.

1. Up to Twelve Months with NO Interest:

This financing program, through Heritage Community Credit Union, offers no money down, with no interest for either 6 or 12 months. Credit approval required.

6 months “no interest”
* No interest if paid within 6 months
* Fico Score 640 and above
* Minimum monthly payment required
* If not paid in full at 6 months, interest rate goes to 12.99%
* No prepayment penalty

12 months “no interest”
* No interest if paid within 12 months
* Fico Score 670 and above
* Minimum monthly payment required
* If not paid in full at 12 months, interest rate goes to 10.99%
* No prepayment penalty

2. Standard Term Financing:

If you would like to finance your surgery for longer than one year, Heritage Community Credit Union also offers standard term financing. Credit approval required.

* 36 Month Term at 10.99% ($3000-$7500)
* 48 Month Term at 10.99% ($4000-$7500)

* 36 Month Term at 12.99% ($3000-$5000)
* 48 Month Term at 12.99% ($4000-$5000)

3. Flexible Spending Account / Cafeteria Plan:

If your employer offers a flexible spending or cafeteria plan you may use pre-tax dollars to pay for medical expenses not covered by regular health insurance. Laser Vision Correction falls into this category. Check with your employer for more details.
