AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER (ASC) – SACRAMENTO EYE SURGICENTER
We are very pleased to have our own accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located under the same roof as our clinic. The ASC specializes in ophthalmic procedures and is used by several ophthalmologists in our community seeking a patient-focused, state-of-the-art facility.
Our ASC, Sacramento Eye SurgiCenter, is staffed by registered nurses, certified medical assistants, certified scrub technicians, anesthesiologists and other professionals who are trained in the latest ophthalmic procedures. They put patient care and comfort first. Doctors using our facility must first be fully credentialed by the ASC.
Our credentialed surgeons include (but are not limited to): Dr. Keith Liang, our Medical Director and Surgeon; Dr. Colin Arnold, Surgeon; Dr. H. Douglas Cooper, Surgeon.
For our patients’ comfort and privacy, the ASC has a separate entrance. Surgical procedures performed in the ASC include cataract surgery, YAG laser procedures, SLT laser procedures, ARGON laser procedures, corneal transplants, glaucoma procedures, blepharoplasty, and ptosis repair.
